Shipping Policy/ Announcement

At Bull and Blossom, we take great care in making, packaging, and sending off our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We hold ourselves to the highest standards because we want you to receive nothing less than the best product possible. Due to the nature of tallow and our products being all-natural, they can easily melt when exposed to high temperatures. We want to share some important shipping information with you.

Temperature-Sensitive Shipping: Our products may melt if exposed to excessive heat. While this doesn’t impact their quality, it can affect the texture. If melted, to any degree, our whipped tallow lotion may no longer have its original whipped, silky smooth consistency, although it will still be fully usable and retain all its beneficial properties. We want you to be fully aware of the potential consequence of shipping in warmer months or hot climates. 

Shipment Notification & Tracking: Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please keep an close eye on your package’s journey and when it is expected to be delivered so that you can collect your package as soon as it arrives to avoid prolonged exposure to heat.

Additional Tips: If your package does arrive melted or softened, allow the product to cool to room temperature before using. Depending on how long it has been exposed to heat, it may not return to its original whipped texture. Although it will still be effective, your satisfaction is our priority.
